```Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Processor to join our team. As a Processor, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying real etate closing files, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing the real estate transaction process from contract to closing. The ideal candidate has experience in real estate title and escrow processing and is familiar with a variety of digital tools and platforms such as online business banking, excel, and SoftPro transaction management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and review real estate purchase contracts
• Review searches
• Underwrite clear title
• Issue commitments
• Provide title curative
• Draft conveyance and mortgage loan documents
• Settlement statements and closing disclosure forms
• Conduct closings
• Receive and disburse funds
• Issue final title insurance policies

Requirements:

• Must have 3-5 years title insurance and escrow closing experience
• Must have minimum of three years of experience with title company and/or relative experience in mortgage lending
• Must have experience with real estate closing software (SoftPro preferred)

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
