About the role:

We are seeking an exceptional Title Examiner who possesses a keen eye for detail, an unwavering commitment to accuracy, and an insatiable appetite for overcoming challenges. If you're passionate about playing a crucial role in the acquisition of properties, this opportunity is tailor-made for you! Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth progress of property purchases, as you evaluate and facilitate the resolution of any title issues that arise.

• Interpret a title chain efficiently and accurately in multiple counties and/or states
• Extract tax info from a variety of tax assessment sites
• Complete responsible research of title necessary items to ensure accurate completion of work
• Execute preliminary Change of Ownership Forms, calculate transfer tax, and send out deeds to record
• Correspond with vendors to obtain necessary documentation or information to assist with title analysis
• Responsible & rapid decision making skills to ensure work is accurately completed in a timely manner

• Three to five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• TitlePoint experience preferred
• Ability to understand, interpret and abstract complex real estate terminology
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Knowledge of the workflow for title procedures
• Excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel Ability to work in a team setting
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Strong attention to detail
• High sense of urgency
