This role is not remove, it is on-site in Warwick, RI. The successful candidate is proficient in a numerical analysis and problem-solving, with a strong aptitude for working with numbers.

In this role, you will...

• Monitor Trust accounts for incoming wires and post incoming coming wires to escrow files.
• Initiate and approve all outbound wire transfers.
• Verbally confirm outbound wire instructions in adherence with company policies and procedures.
• Print checks as requested by branch operations.
• Review funding instructions and invoices in accordance with settlement statement. Disburse and manage timely delivery of all Payoffs, Real estate Tax, Insurance, and Homeowner association payments.
• Post and reconcile all recording fees submitted thru e-recording services post-closing.
• Resolve dormant files in accordance with company policies and maintain accurate notes in production system for each file.
• Resolve outstanding checks with a focus on high-risk items.
• Work with accounting to resolve any account reconciliation issues in escrow accounts.
• Keep current with our products/services, our industry and competitors.

You possess…

· A High School Diploma

· Attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Ability to manage and multitask daily workload.

· Excellent computer skills.

· Knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation and closing.
