Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Title Processor. As a Title Processor, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the title commitment aspect of real estate transactions.
Duties:
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the title insurance industry, paralegal experience, or mortgage industry experience.
- Familiarity with escrow and loan processing procedures is a plus
- Typing skills are a must for this position
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of title software systems
