Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone and direct calls to the correct person

• Greet guests and direct them to the correct place

• Collect mail and distributes to correct person

• Compile lists of what supplies need ordered

• Keep office, waiting room, break room and restroom orderly

• Empty office trash bins every other Friday

• Scan files and other documents as needed

• Collect client payments

• Prepare mailers and add postage

• Light travel to bank and postal office

• Clean conference rooms after each client

• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Dependability- Must be on time and in when scheduled

• Integrity/Honesty/Positive Attitude

• Strong communications skills - written, verbal, and listening

• Willingness to learn

• Preferable to be a notary public for the state of Ohio

• Basic computer skills

• Operate a copy machine; fax machine and scanner

• Must be able to multi-task

Reports directly to the Escrow Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
