Tool Crib Attendant inventories, stores, and distributes hand tools and other equipment. Maintains tool functionality, calibration specifications, and safe condition by performing frequent inspections of tools and equipment for wear, defects, or damage. Being a Tool Crib Attendant keeps an inventory of tools by tracking the distribution of tools and users in a database or other system. Orders new tools and equipment or repairs tools as needed. Additionally, Tool Crib Attendant has training and experience in an industrial environment with familiarity of heavy machinery and tools. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Tool Crib Attendant possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.     COMPENSATION
    Starting at $150,000 (flexible)
    POSITION OVERVIEW – Project Director – Tool Installation
    The Project Director located in Boise, ID is responsible for running all aspects of a design, design/build, EPCM and/or tool install semiconductor facility construction project. This role will have lead the entire tool install process. Responsible for all scope, schedule, budget, safety, and team management. Must be able to run reimbursable or fixed price projects greater than $500 million.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Provides leadership to the proposal technical team and project team upon award of a contract
    • Identifies differentiating factors concerning approach, design, and constructability during bid, proposal, and execution phases
    • Coordinates meetings between potential clients and individual internal specialists
    • Provides EPC Project Management support to the Business Development group
    • Manages EPC, Design, Construction Management and/or Design Build projects
    • Accountable for managing the overall execution of the contract
    • Responsible for project profit and loss commitments through effective scope management, schedule management, cost control, change control, cash management, risk management, and implementation of recovery strategies
    • Participates in continuous improvement plans as directed and/or through proactive application of personal expertise
    • Maintains a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Company’s project processes, procedures, and policies and is responsible for enforcing the use and conformance thereof
    • In coordination with the relevant Discipline Director, executes a master agreement with each consultant
    • Maintains a thorough understanding of the Company/Owner contract and all project correspondence and documentation
    • Develops and maintains continuous positive relationships with the Client and their representatives
    • Monitors the training of all project staff personnel in coordination with Discipline Directors and with available programs
    • Promotes positive staff morale, professionalism, and attitude and assists to resolve potential deficiencies when identified or perceived
    • Champions Safety, Quality, Regulatory Compliance and The Collaborative Way
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Minimum of 10 - 15 years of industrial experience in a combination of engineering and construction roles in the EPC environment
    • 5 years of senior level construction management or design management experience
    • Must have experience leading construction projects in Advanced Technology Facilities/semiconductor fabs
    • Tool install project experience is a plus
    • Prior experience as a Senior Project Manager for a minimum of two successful projects
    • Experience in working in a large, complex matrix environment with global processes and governance structures
    • Experience on projects under design and/or construction
    • Shown acumen for managing people
    EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
    • OSHA 10 required / OSHA 30 preferred
