Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting and repairing equipment, fixtures, and structures
- Fabricate or repair parts using various tools and equipment
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors as needed for specialized repairs or installations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools effectively
- Basic electrical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
