Primary Duties :

Performs work required to repair / rebuild hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, hydraulic pumps

and motors (2 cycle and 4 cycle engines).

Technician will evaluate the equipment and determine the reason for failure, generate a parts

list, labor estimate and perform timely repairs.

Address and resolve customer requests, complaints and objections with a positive and creative

approach.

Coordinate efforts with all appropriate departments and personnel to ensure customer

satisfaction.

Ensure the highest level of customer service, ethics and teamwork are followed.

Job Requirements :

Must have a strong mechanical aptitude and at least 3 years' experience working with

mechanical and / or hydraulic assemblies.

Nature of this position may at times require physically demanding tasks This includes but is not

kneeling and bending.

• Must have basic PC knowledge.
• A good work ethic, team player, reliable and willingness to learn are key attributes in order to

be considered.

This is a full-time salaried position. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM 5PM. We
