Tool, Die, and Gauge Making Supervisor oversees skilled workers responsible for constructing, maintaining, modifying, and calibrating machine shop tools, dies, prototypes, jigs, fixtures and molds. Supervises the set up and operation of various lathes, grinders, milling, and boring machines used to produce tools. Being a Tool, Die, and Gauge Making Supervisor completes high level tool development work. Ensures jobs are completed correctly and on time. Additionally, Tool, Die, and Gauge Making Supervisor may require an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. The Position
You will be working with private sellers of used vehicles over the phone. You'll be actively managing a sales pipeline, but most importantly, providing a great experience and buying their vehicle. The great news is they want to sell their vehicle so it's a much warmer lead than most other industries. Also, it's a much shorter sales cycle and you can expect to buy 3,4,5, or more vehicles per day. It's an easy process, however, it is difficult to execute unless you have the right mindset. To maximize your income potential and achieve your personal and professional goals, you must come into this role with grit and a growth mindset. We would prefer you come with sales and negotiating experience, however, if you have the right attitude and work ethic, we can teach you the rest.
