Tool, Die, and Gauge Making Supervisor oversees skilled workers responsible for constructing, maintaining, modifying, and calibrating machine shop tools, dies, prototypes, jigs, fixtures and molds. Supervises the set up and operation of various lathes, grinders, milling, and boring machines used to produce tools. Being a Tool, Die, and Gauge Making Supervisor completes high level tool development work. Ensures jobs are completed correctly and on time. Additionally, Tool, Die, and Gauge Making Supervisor may require an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Responsibilities:
The Shipping/ Receiving Clerk is responsible for the following:
· Prepare and pre-stage all upcoming shipments using FIFO.
· Accurately maintain shipping/receiving logbook.
· Provide all finalized shipping information to Admin asst.
· Properly utilize/support the ERP system.
· Properly (safely) utilize a fork-lift to: move materials within the facility, and load/unload OTR semi-tractor trailer trucks.
· Proactively alert manufacturing of any FGI inventory level shortfalls.
Other:
· Responsible for keeping Shipping/Receiving in compliance with all ISO-9001 requirements.
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
· Forklift training and certificate.
Minimum Previous Experience:
· Forklift and warehouse experience required
