About the Job
Our organization is looking for a talented Calibration Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate for this role has experience calibrating instruments and equipment, creating calibration plans, and maintaining calibration records. A successful candidate can prioritize tasks, adhere to company policies, and maintain proper documentation. The ability to calibrate various primary-level dimensional items is preferred. The work schedule will be on the night shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) after training is complete.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Calibration Technician is responsible for ensuring that all equipment is calibrated in a timely manner and meets the quality standards set by the organization. The ideal candidate will have a primary interest in both the technical and administrative aspects of this position and will be detail-oriented, experienced, and eager to join a growing team.
Experience:
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Team Player
- Must be dependable and maintain a good attendance record.
- Previous experience in calibration, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Note: Military experience in a related field is a plus.
This position requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong customer service skills. The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines is essential.
