Quad City Bank & Trust is looking for an Account Executive to join our Retail department at our Moline branch! This position is responsible for building, maintaining, and deepening relationships with our consumer and business customers by providing exceptional customer service and recommending appropriate client solutions. This includes, but is not limited to, processing customer transactions, opening customer accounts for new and current clients, placing customers in appropriate account products, cross-selling other bank services and referring to other departments as appropriate, and assisting customers with their account issues or questions.
Ideal candidates would have a high school diploma with 1-2 years additional training in banking or related course work, 3-5 years of experience in the financial institution industry, strong customer service focus, ability to listen to customer needs and suggest solutions for those needs, excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to learn and utilize multiple computer applications.
