The Association Management Sales Executive is responsible for securing new business partner relationships with association boards and property owners. This includes responding to inbound leads as well as identifying, developing, and prospecting new association management leads for FYVE via networking efforts and cultivating relevant business relationships. An Account Executive is excited to close business as well as engage in internal thoughtful, strategic discourse to improve processes, sales / operations engagement and marketing and lead generation efforts. This individual will have a passion for sales, real estate, association and property management, ownership, and property investment. They genuinely enjoy prospecting as well as talking to property owners on the phone and creating meaningful professional connections. Their professionalism, polish and resiliency will serve to support the FYVE mission to redefine real estate for owners, residents and tenants with technology and superior service.
Responsibilities:
Working with the Senior Leadership team, sales support, marketing and service organizations, the Account Executive role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Close new business Association Management Agreements with association boards, and property owners
- Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner, via phone, email, text and make outbound prospecting sales phone calls
- On-going networking through evening industry events, networking events, and other sources
- Daily CRM management, enter clean contact and deal data, create tasks as needed and log engagement with prospects to improve sales close rate and deal cycle
- Attend sales and company meetings as requested, offer ideas, be creative, spontaneous and engaging!
- Work with Sales Director and Marketing collaboratively on events as well as marketing pieces and other deliverables as needed.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Fyve products and services
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in a professional sales environment
- Deep rooted passion for sales and serving customers
- Coachable, courageous, and open minded
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer data entry skills
- Experience with CRM
- Ability to handle a large volume of calls and emails timely
- Ability to handle and resolve escalated calls regarding a variety of issues
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of Sales experience
- Prior Customer service experience expected
- Excellent computer, CRM and typing skills are necessary
- Prior experience working in Association or Property Management / real estate / telemarketing (Preferred not required)
- College degree (Preferred but not required)
- LOCATION MUST BE SOUTH FL (position is hybrid remote and on-site)
