The ideal candidate will have accounting experience in a high-volume environment. Qualifications:

• Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to ten-key by touch
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Intermediate accounting knowledge

Duties include and are not limited to:

• Processing and posting car deals
• Assist with DMV processing
• Assist with scanning as needed
• G/L account reconciliations for assigned accounts
• G/L account analysis
• Projects as assigned
• Process various payables and receivables
• Prioritize job duties as assigned
• Work independently with minimal direction
• Other duties as assigned
