We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Manage the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Transcribe documents and correspondence as required
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing

- Strong administrative skills with experience in file management, calendar management, and general office tasks
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred
- Work History in an Accounting Office a plus
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must know Word, Excel, & Outlook
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience as a personal assistant is beneficial
