Your Role:
The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support essential to the mission of the organization and the day-to-day operation of an executive office. Key to the role is the ability to work effectively with all levels of management. This role provides administrative support, including the preparation of reports and meeting materials; independent project management and event planning; maintaining files; and directing calls, and emails. The role requires the use of discretion, tact, and independent judgment in making decisions. Additionally, this role requires extensive administrative experience and the ability to multitask.
