    Your Role:

    The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support essential to the mission of the organization and the day-to-day operation of an executive office. Key to the role is the ability to work effectively with all levels of management. This role provides administrative support, including the preparation of reports and meeting materials; independent project management and event planning; maintaining files; and directing calls, and emails. The role requires the use of discretion, tact, and independent judgment in making decisions. Additionally, this role requires extensive administrative experience and the ability to multitask.

    Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

      1. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. AS/BS preferred.
      2. License/Certifications: None
      3. Experience:  Minimum of 1 to 3 years of executive administrative support required, 5 years of executive administrative assistant experience preferred
      4. Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
      5. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Requires a high level of interpersonal skills to deal effectively and courteously with hospital employees at all levels of the organization, patients, visitors and external contacts.
      6. Requires a relatively high level of analytical ability in order to understand, identify and resolve very diverse and sensitive administrative problems.
      7. Requires the ability to plan, organize and set priorities to assure timely completion of all assignments.
