Job Summary: Core responsibilities of this position include:
The Executive Administrative Assistant I position is a full-time benefitted, 12-month, position within Laramie County Community College’s (LCCC) Institutional Advancement Division. The core responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: providing direct support to the division VP, providing administrative and technical support for the Institutional Advancement Division (LCCC Foundation and Marketing & Communications Department), which include database management; support with electronic, telephone and walk-in customer traffic; assisting with processing, placement and receiving of purchases; arranging travel and processing travel requisitions; maintenance of virtual offices and other internet information; support for processes related to Institutional AdvancementDivision operations, such as operational forms, policy and procedure updates (LCCC Foundation) and daily office functions. This position provides administrative support including scheduling appointments, taking/providing minutes for requested meetings, and data entry responsibilities. This position provides a primary level of office coverage for the LCCC Foundation Office and division.
Other tasks may be assigned based on contemporary institutional need.
