Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and discretion
- Open mail and code A/P invoices and credit card receipts
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Conduct research and compile data as requested
- Assist with special projects as assigned

-Prepare proposals and invoices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role in construction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and Acrobat
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of Sage Construction is a plus
