As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to various departments within the company and assist with day-to-day operations.
Duties:
- File and maintain documents and records
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Provide customer support, both in person and over the phone
- Sales of hardware and products
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Operate phone systems and direct calls as necessary
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in file management and record keeping
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with phone systems and call handling protocols
