A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you enthusiastically help keep things running smoothly on a day-to-day basis. This includes supporting both locations (the Riverwoods Conference Center and Elements Restaurant) with tasks such as accounting, payroll, processing invoices, and responding to calls and emails. You communicate regularly with property managers and the corporate office team.
You typically work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. With your time management skills, you're able to juggle multiple tasks and ensure all deadlines are met. You love keeping busy, and love that you're always having fun!
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous office experience, as well as experience with payroll, HR, and accounting, are preferred, though not required. Restaurant/hospitality experience is a plus. Come join our HR team and use your accounting skills to make a real impact!
