Responsibilities include greeting clients, processing of client documents (typing, scanning, printing and collating), managing multiple partners, preparing correspondence, answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing, and overall administrative responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:
Demonstrate clerical and administrative skills in a role supporting multiple managers and partners.
Must have prior office experience of at least 5 – 10 years. Previous experience in professional service firm is a must.

Strong organizational and follow-thru skills to ensure deadlines are met.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills a must.
