MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE AS A PROCESSOR WITH A TITLE AGENCY. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Title Processor to join our team. As a Title Processor, you will play a crucial role in facilitating real estate transactions by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of title documentation. Your attention to detail and knowledge of the Title Insurance Industry processes will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our organization.
Duties:
- Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and legal descriptions
- Prepare and balance closing figures with lenders, realtors, buyers and sellers
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys to resolve any closing issues
- Prepare closing documents and coordinate closings with all parties involved
- Ensure compliance with regulations, TILA, and other relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications
Skills:
- Strong understanding of Real Estate Closing Transactions
- Proficient in basic math calculations for balancing figures
- Knowledge of Real Estate Closing regulations, TILA, and other relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in using computer software applications for data entry and document preparation
