Job Summary:

The Creative Agency is seeking an experienced and versatile Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role requires someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks. The ideal candidate will act as a direct extension of the CEO, providing high-level administrative support, overseeing accounts receivables, and managing general operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
• Accounts Receivables: Oversee billing and collections, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
• General Operations: Support day-to-day operations, including office management, proposal, and bid management, project deadline assurance, and other operations.
• Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Draft emails, reports, and other communication materials as needed.
• Project Management: Assist with special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
• Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in office management software (e.g., Google Suite)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in project coordination is a plus
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
