Summary: The Executive Director is responsible for facilitating all policies and plans set by the Board of Directors to achieve the mission of Tri-County Community Action Agency, Inc. (TCCAA). The Executive Director is responsible for the growth of programming, research and response to new and existing opportunities while maintaining oversight of the daily operation of the organization. Utilizing the strategic plan and the annual budget, the Executive Director will work cooperatively with and empower staff and volunteers. The Executive Director will represent TCCAA to funding sources, government officials, and the general public in a manner consistent with the Mission Statement, Vision Statement, Code of Ethics and Strategic Plan.
Purpose of Position: Oversight of operational aspects of the organization including the analysis of budget and all management issues, personnel related matters, public relations, performing research on special assignments and projects, ensuring the integrity of the agency and excellence in performance is obtained on a consistent basis. Work directly with program directors as needed to achieve goals and objectives.
Bachelor’s degree with 2 years' experience in a non-profit social services setting or Individuals with 5 years strong management experience within a social services setting. Salary range based on previous experience with full benefit package. Primary office located in Oldham County.
