Position Overview
Under limited supervision responsible for direct support to the President and Project Manager and one or more senior management by performing a wide variety of compliance and administrative functions to ensure that the executive and business functions operate in a manner that meets the operational and developmental needs of management and the customer while reliably maintaining confidentiality. The specific work assignment may include duties or activities that assist and support management in one or more of the following functional areas, in addition to other duties as assigned:
Functional:

• Conducts advanced secretarial and administrative duties of subordinate personnel for the President and Project Manager and one or more senior management
• Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
• Represents the organization as a prime contact and provides a bridge for smooth communication between the President and Project Manager, and senior management, corporate and the customer by demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support
• Develops high-quality written communications for public release and/or utilization by the President and Project Manager and one or more senior management, such as press releases, special announcements, workplace posters, and intranet/internet website content management
• Implements internal organizational practices, policies, and procedures to complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach and directs other tasks that facilitate the President and Project Manager's ability to effectively lead the organization
• Provides recommendations to the President and Project Manager and one or more senior management to keep him/her well-informed of upcoming commitments, responsibilities, and issues taking place in the organization
• Develops complex internal and external presentations and reports, including compliance and contractual documents and correspondence, in concurrence with federal and state case law, statues, regulations, and U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Orders
• Manages and coordinates administrative assistant duties across all three sites

Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 6 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required
