THE ROLE
Reporting to the Vice President, Patient Care Services/CNO, the Executive Director of Perioperative Services provides operational oversight and responsibility for the overall management and leadership of specified clinical units and programs in nursing services. The Executive Director assists in integrating nursing with ancillary departments, physicians, and support services. As a nurse leader, the Executive Director demonstrates an advanced level of management expertise, and role models proactive, collaborative working relationships across all hospital functions in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.
