Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- General "Make Ready" of apartments including sheetrock repair and painting
- Experience with plumbing and electrical is also a MUST
- General Carpentry (Door and trim installation) a plus
- Perform other duties, as assigned
- Pick up grounds
- Maintain pool - License a plus but not required
- HVAC and Ptac - Experience a plus but not required unless applying for that position
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Multi-Family property maintenance
- Mastered use of hand-held tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Have your own reliable transportation
- Have a smartphone with unlimited data
- Able to pass a background check
- Must have your own general maintenance tools
- Pool Certification a plus but not required
This candidate will assist in the day-to-day maintenance of the property. Willing to work "on-call" on a rotating basis and including some Saturdays. We always work the first Rent week Saturday of the month and other Saturdays if needed.
Pay determined on skill set and experience. Please note any additional skills you may have under the question, "What makes you a good fit". (Ex: Appliance repair, carpentry, knowledge of Ptacs etc)
Pay will be reviewed after your 90-day probationary period. Employees begin accruing Paid Time Off, get Paid Holidays after 90 days, and will be eligible for vision and dental insurance.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
