Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inbound Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for screening new potential leads for qualification into our debt relief program. You will be explaining our services and enroll them into our program. We offer an hourly rate and a monthly commission plan.

Duties:
- Answer incoming call from various marketing channels and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner (no cold calling)
- Present and sell firm services to new and existing clients
- Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
- Multitask while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our system

Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Sales experience or related customer service is highly preferred
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be willing to learn, be coachable with high energy
- Goal oriented, Positive attitude and works well with a team
- Experience in debt resolution, bankruptcy or legal industry a plus
- Must be strong and confident on the phones

We offer competitive hourly pay, plus monthly commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
