Anchor NW Property Management is a rapidly expanding family-owned property management company. We currently have over 30 beautiful apartment communities throughout SE, NE, and NW Portland and a corporate office located in Beaverton, OR. The Maintenance Division of Anchor NW is devoted to ensuring that any necessary repairs are handled quickly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
● Oversee all appliance and asset related work orders
● Coordinate with tenant for permission to enter and scheduling of entry
● Ensure all maintenance work orders are completed correctly and to the standards of Anchor NW Property Group
● Maintain all maintenance logs, work orders, and any other paperwork as needed
● In coordination with Turnover Coordinator and Field Administrator, schedule a team of 20 maintenance staff in an efficient and effective manner making the best possible use of time and resources
● Schedule vendors and inspections as needed
● Schedule routine preventative maintenance items for the buildings
● Schedule all daily issues outside work orders (e.g. homeless removal, building issues, ground issues, security issues)
● Assist with scheduling of Asset related projects
● Work under multiple work constraints and deadlines
● Work with Field Administrator and Tenant Relations on building-wide issues

● Assist Facilities Director as needed

Works Directly With: Turnover Coordinator, Field Administrator, Field Managers, Territory Leads, Field Technicians (I, II, III), Grounds Technicians, Superintendent, Mechanical Engineer
Minimum Qualification & Transferable Skills*

● 2 years working in customer service or technical support field
● Demonstrated ability to assess ambiguous situations
