We are looking for a thorough housekeeper to clean vacant apartments including appliances, offices, and laundry rooms at our local apartment complexes.

Responsibilities

• Clean apartments to a detailed rent-ready standard
• Clean appliances including refrigerators and stoves/ovens
• Clean all common areas including laundry rooms, offices, and some exterior areas
• Create daily job lists and record all cleaned apartment units
• Post all work completed on a phone application
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Check stocking levels of all consumables

Skills

• Proven working experience in the housekeeping field
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Thorough cleaning with attention to detail
• Able to produce rent ready units in a timely manner
• Maintenance skills a plus and additional compensation may be warranted

Must have a smartphone with unlimited data and your own reliable transportation. Our company utilizes an app on your phone that serves as a communication tool between staff as well as logging work duties. This is required for all staff.

We are looking for a team player with an outgoing and positive attitude. Must be available to work an occasional Saturday.

The ideal candidate will have excellent cleaning skills along with some maintenance skills. Depending on your maintenance abilities, compensation will be paid accordingly.

Pay will be reviewed after your 90-day probationary period. Employees begin accruing Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and be eligible for Medical, Vision and Dental benefits after 90 days. Sick Time accrues from Day 1.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
