We are seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team in Pinehurst, NC.

Compensation:

• $52,400-$103,900 annually
• Salaried W2 Employment
• Incentive Bonus Opportunity

Requirements:

• Obtains an LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT for independent practice in North Carolina
• Can commute to the location in person
• At least one year of experience providing individual direct therapy in a clinical outpatient setting
• Must be able to pass a drug and background screening upon hire

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Must be comfortable using computers - excel, outlook, Athena RMS
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals
