As a Behavioral Health Advocate, you welcome clients with warmth and empathy, providing crisis assessment, counseling, and case management to those in need. You respond promptly to clients presenting at our walk-in center or ER, efficiently completing evaluations and data entry to maintain high standards of care. Your proactive follow-up ensures that clients understand their next steps and receive the support they need. Throughout the day, you engage with clients to re-establish contact and coordinate their care, ensuring they receive comprehensive support tailored to their needs. All that we need from you is the following:

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field such as counseling, psychology, social work, or another behavioral science field
• 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting
