DESCRIPTION:
CPC is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinician II who will provide individual, group, family, substance abuse and specialty group therapy to clients and their families; prepares a treatment plan; provides case management services; completes bio-psychosocial evaluation and all clinical paperwork; completes assessments and documents ongoing treatment and discharge planning. The Behavioral Health Clinician II may assume administrative and clinical supervision and other activities as assigned by Division Director or designee.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include completing biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans using a holistic approach including client and family in the treatment planning process. Responsibilities may also include administrative and/or supervisory functions such as the clinical supervision of interns or program oversight of specialized services such as treatment of adolescents, co-occurring disorders, etc.
