Relevant Skills

Candidate must have the ability to:

• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals with skill deficits and maladaptive behaviors.
• Identify client needs and provide appropriate services.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and develop solutions, etc.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, colleagues, supervisors, etc.
• Listen attentively and accurately interpret verbal messages and ask appropriate questions.
• Understand the reactions of others and adjust behavior accordingly.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with individuals with disabilities or autism preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience preferred.
• Minimum Education High School Diploma. Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related fields are highly desired.
• Spanish speaking is desired.
• ASL desired.

Requirements

• Current Tuberculosis Clearance
• DOJ/FBI criminal background clearance
• A valid California driver's license
• Reliable and insured transportation

Compensation

• Hourly rate ($17-25)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
