Develops and implements the strategic vision, service offerings, and operations of the behavioral health department. Provides comprehensive and current knowledge of behavioral health research and trends to provide up-to-date and effective practices. Responsibilities may include: Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs. Provide service planning for individualized supports and care coordination of services. Provide linkage, monitoring of symptoms, skill building, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services. Facilitate and co-facilitate pyscho-educational groups to youth in the Day treatment program, Provide individual services and supports in the community. Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.
Requirements for this position include: Must be at least 18 years of age. Bachelor's or Master's level degree in a related field or a high school diploma with three or more years of relevant field experience.
