The Licensed Mental Health Clinician provides mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting and consults with a multi-disciplinary team in providing comprehensive mental health care, including: intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and providing individual and group therapy.
Primary duties include completing behavioral health intakes for new admissions into the facility, conducting psychological testing and evaluations to support the Reception and Diagnostic Unit process. Additional duties would include maintaining a small caseload for special needs and individual therapy clients, behavioral health sick call, crisis assessment and intervention, etc.
Shift/Schedule:
Full Time, Days, Reception & Diagnostic Unit (RDU)
Monday-Friday; five 8-hour days
This position participates in rotating behavioral health on-call
