As an Employee Benefits Account Executive, your day-to-day focus will be assisting the Benefits Consultant/Producing Agent by strategizing value propositions, attending marketing meetings with vendors, conducting client meetings, preparing market proposals, and supporting the closure of a sale to meet established department sales goals. You will further assist the Account Manager(s) with the client renewal efforts and with the coordination of services between the client and the insurance company.
