We are looking for a MDS coordinator to round out the team, this is with a 170 bed SNF. MDS coordinator:

• Current OH RN/ LVN licensing
• RAC-CT certification a plus
• 2 years previous MDS experience in a SNF
• MDS Experience in Short-term rehab setting a plus
• Team player with leadership skills / strong communication
