    WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 

    Perform all required sales and service responsibilities according to the employment contract.

    • Renewal of and service of existing book of business. 
    • Complete the process to close new client sales.
    • Research and identify new sales leads and programs. 
    • Develop relationship with insurance carriers.
    • Complete special projects as assigned.

    WHERE YOU'LL BE LOCATED: 

    In a secure, quiet location with high speed, reliable internet either remotely or in our Wyomissing Office. Flexiblity to work from home periodically, once fully trained.  

    WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TEAM:

    • Insurance designation helpful
    • Be able to think quickly on your feet
    • Excellent “people” skills.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), plus technical underwriting or claims experience and 5 years benefit insurance sales experience.  Life and Accident/Health License is required, plus additional certification (CIC, CEBS, CLU, etc) is helpful.
