Being a Top Benefits Executive monitors trends and provides recommendations for benefit plan improvements. Ensures compliance with governmental regulations and requirements. Additionally, Top Benefits Executive requires a bachelor's degree. May require Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). Typically reports to top management. The Top Benefits Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives.
