Additionally, Top Benefits Executive requires a bachelor's degree. May require Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). Typically reports to top management. The Top Benefits Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Benefits Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. The Client Executive is responsible to develop and execute a business plan to generate new business revenue in addition to retaining client relationships by providing exceptional strategic guidance in partnership with the client service team. The mission is to continue to expand and strengthen the employee benefit sales team to promote further growth in the Columbus, Ohio market in a manner that is consistent with the Hylant Core Values.
