As the Executive Assistant, Administration & Legal, you will provide high-level, executive-level administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Administration & General Counsel and Director of Compliance & Associate Counsel. The Executive Assistant, Administration & Legal will manage all aspects of calendaring, legal support, and special projects as assigned such as tracking and monitoring a variety of compliance matters, supporting audits, monitoring contract compliance tasks and projects.
This position will be responsible for managing meeting logistics such as scheduling, preparing appropriate materials, taking and preparing minutes, and doing follow-up. This role will also support legal communications by drafting and/or editing correspondence, legal memorandums, opinion letters, internal policies and procedures, and other communications, in addition to organizing documentation for audits, contract reporting, commercial, and residential closings. Experience with invoicing, RFP distribution, and recordkeeping of guardianship, powers of attorney, and supported decision-making documentation will be helpful for this position.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience supporting executive-level leaders, preferably in a nonprofit organization or law firm, and the demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment in sensitive situations. This position requires a high school diploma or GED, though a bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. This position includes a competitive total rewards package with periodic telework eligibility.
