    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Education Project Manager to lead the planning, development, execution and evaluation of continuing medical education activities within our medical specialty society. The Education Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of our physician-focused educational programs, ultimately contributing to the advancement of patient care and clinical practice.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Program Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts, content developers, and faculty to design, develop, and implement high-quality CME activities, including live conferences, webinars, online courses, and enduring materials.
    • Accreditation Compliance: Ensure all education activities comply with relevant accreditation standards and guidelines, coordinating the accreditation process and documentation requirements as necessary.
    • Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify the educational needs and preferences of healthcare professionals within the specialty, informing the development of targeted educational offerings.
    • Project Management: Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of CME and non-CME programs and projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.
    • Evaluation and Outcomes Measurement: Establish evaluation metrics and assessment tools to measure the impact and effectiveness of CME activities, collecting feedback from participants and stakeholders to inform program enhancements.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Recruit, cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including member volunteers, industry partners, other professional associations, and regulatory bodies, to support collaboration and resource sharing.
    • Content Management: Oversee the review, approval, and dissemination of educational content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance with ACCME regulations where applicable
    • Communication and Marketing: Develop communication plans and promotional strategies to raise awareness of educational offerings, leveraging various channels such as websites, social media, newsletters, and email campaigns.
    • Professional Development: Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in CME and medical education, participating in professional development activities and continuing education opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Medical Sciences, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in continuing education in the health professions, preferably within a medical specialty society or healthcare organization.
    • Strong understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles, and CME accreditation requirements (e.g., ACCME, AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™).
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in budget management, data analysis, and evaluation techniques.
    • Knowledge of regulatory and ACCME standards.
    • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), online course platforms, and educational technologies.
    • Passion for education and a commitment to advancing healthcare knowledge and practice within the specialty.
