General Statement Of Duties:
Provides support and assistance to those responsible for case processing and coordination of judicial activities in the Colorado Judicial Department.
Distinguishing Factors:
Positions in this classification are distinguished from other classifications by the performance of routine, repetitive work with close supervision and limited decision-making. Incumbents will perform job functions that support those involved in case processing and coordination of cases for the court. Positions in this classification will perform some, but not the full range of functions in the Clerks’ Office or Division, and shall be limited to file maintenance, processing mail, serving as bailiff and/or as a receptionist.
This position is an as needed position - no guarantee to number of hours worked per month. Salary is $15.50/hour.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
No formal supervisory responsibility. Responsibility for one's own work product.
Minimum Education:
Graduation from high school or equivalent.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk. The employee frequently is required to stand; sit; reach with hands and arms; and perform repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and fingers; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and high precarious places.
