Top Budgeting Executive oversees all aspects of an organization's budgeting and financial forecasting function. Directs the development and evaluation of policies and processes that will support the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization. Being a Top Budgeting Executive implements operational processes for the annual budget and capital planning. Establishes performance indicators used to evaluate and analyze actual performance against budgets. Additionally, Top Budgeting Executive leads the development of budget planning and forecasting tools to support management decisions. Presents budget data to senior management and/or board. Typically requires a MBA or equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Top Budgeting Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Sous Chef Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
- Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Assist in the development of menu items
- Standardize recipes and plate presentations
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
- Sanitation regulation
- Manage and train kitchen staff, assess staff performance, scheduling
Sous Chef Qualifications:
- Previous management experience in culinary arts
- Knowledge of cost and labor systems
- Passion for food and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Scratch cooking experience
