Directs the development and evaluation of policies and processes that will support the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization. Being a Top Budgeting Executive implements operational processes for the annual budget and capital planning. Additionally, Top Budgeting Executive leads the development of budget planning and forecasting tools to support management decisions. Presents budget data to senior management and/or board.
