Top Business Analytics Executive leads and oversees the business analytics function to provide data-driven insights related to business performance used to advise and develop strategies for operational improvements and future business initiatives. Utilizes KPIs, business performance data, industry trends, competitor intelligence, and customer information to develop analytical tools, reports, and models across the organization to inform and support decision-making. Being a Top Business Analytics Executive consults with stakeholders to understand the business model, objectives, issues, and challenges that analytics can support. Develops standards and collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting data pipelines. Additionally, Top Business Analytics Executive builds teams with statistical methods, modeling, analytical methodologies, and data analysis skills to support the business. Typically requires a master's degree in finance, statistics or a quantitative field. Typically reports to top management. The Top Business Analytics Executive manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Top Business Analytics Executive typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Aspirus is currently seeking a Account Executive to work in the Business Health Department at Aspirus, Inc. in Wausau, WI. This position is responsible for achieving Aspirus system-wide, and Aspirus Business Health, market growth goals and successful implementation of the Aspirus growth strategies. The position will create and engage in opportunities that increase visibility in the employer and consultant/broker communities; establishes strong, positive working relationships with key market employers and consultants/brokers to effectively position all Aspirus system and Aspirus Business Health, products, programs and services to increase growth and revenue opportunities. This position also works collaboratively with Aspirus system leaders, Aspirus Arise and Aspirus Network, Inc. to develop market sales plans that promote all products, programs and services; and provides accurate and current market intelligence as it relates to employers, payers and competitive strategies. This position reports directly to the Director Aspirus Business Health.

    Hours: This position is Full Time; 1.0 FTE or 80 hours per pay period.

    Experience/Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Health or Business Management, Marketing or related field.
    • Two to Five years’ experience in Occupational Health, Wellness programs, Workers’ Compensation, Human Resource experience related to Employee Relations, Benefit Administration and/or Employee Safety.
    • Five years of experience in direct sales to businesses or a related field necessary to develop and enhance marketing skills, with two years marketing or related experience in a health care organization beneficial
    • Demonstrated sales and account management skills and knowledge of the healthcare industry
    • Proficiency in computer skills to include database management, spreadsheets, word processing, PowerPoint and email
    • Demonstrated expertise in market development activities such as successful relationship building strategies, promoting products/services to existing/new clients, and experience in meeting financial targets
    • Skill in development of effective proposals.
    • Yearly competencies in Exposure and Infection Control, Fire Safety, Safety/Security, Emergency Preparedness, Hazard Communication and Tuberculosis must be completed to safely work in a health care organization.
