Top Business Analytics Executive leads and oversees the business analytics function to provide data-driven insights related to business performance used to advise and develop strategies for operational improvements and future business initiatives. Utilizes KPIs, business performance data, industry trends, competitor intelligence, and customer information to develop analytical tools, reports, and models across the organization to inform and support decision-making. Being a Top Business Analytics Executive consults with stakeholders to understand the business model, objectives, issues, and challenges that analytics can support. Develops standards and collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting data pipelines. Additionally, Top Business Analytics Executive builds teams with statistical methods, modeling, analytical methodologies, and data analysis skills to support the business.   • The Manager of Data Analytics will be responsible for leading a team of Data Analysts and Scientists to extract and communicate actionable insights from complex datasets.     MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead all data aggregation & analysis with a focus on current, correct, and complete data.
    • Maintain on-time delivery of the data points in support of core data products.
    • Collaborate with analyst team peers to find ways to improve customer experience with complete, current, and comprehensive data.
    • Develop expertise and innovation for quality control processes supporting core data products.
    • Use market insights and expertise to refine business objectives and product vision to meet market needs.
    • Oversee the design and implementation of data visualization tools and dashboards to communicate key industry findings.
    • Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
    • Supports the development and maintenance of customer-facing products and insights throughout the business.
    • Supports analyst teams in developing or maintaining ETL requirements and calculations.
    • Clearly communicates needs with analyst and management staff.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
    • Proven Experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field, with 3 years of leadership experience
    • Strong proficiency in Python, R, or SQL in addition to experience with data visualization tools similar to Power BI
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to consult, partner, and work effectively with analyst leaders and business partners across cultures and functions.
    • Ability to derive actionable insights from large and diverse data

    The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $115,000/year - $122,000/year. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training.
