As the Director of Analytics, you will spearhead the evolution of our Business Intelligence, Current Client, and Prospective Client analyst teams. Your mission is to harness the power of advanced analytics, turning raw data into strategic insights that optimize the value of True Rx Health Strategists. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, improve client satisfaction, and bridge reporting gaps, positioning our team as true health strategists.

100% remote with in-office requirements as needed for training and meetings

What You’ll Do:

• Analytics Visionary: Develop and execute the analytics vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Leadership Excellence: Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with executives, clinicians, IT, and business analysts to understand business strategy, provide data-driven solutions, and prioritize analytics projects.
• Roadmap Architect: Continually evolve and deliver against an analytics roadmap aligned with business partners.
• Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership, best practices, and guidance to drive innovation and maintain a competitive advantage.
• Strategic Partner: Assist the VP of Analytics on strategic projects, bringing additional value to the organization.
• ROI Maven: Work with internal departments to develop reporting around the return on investment provided by various True Rx programs.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in a quantitative field, preferred.

• Proven experience (8 years) in PBM analytics or PBM consulting experience.
• 5 years of experience leading data or BI teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple, complex projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• High levels of self-motivation and attention to detail.
