The goal is to drive in more Allstate Insurance auto and home quote opportunities for our seasoned sales team. You would be dialing outbound calls and transferring interested
prospects who would like to save money on their auto and home insurance.
-Previous sales experience a plus
-The compensation range for this position $16 per hour plus call transfer commission
$36 per hour depending on the volume of transfers, but in all cases not less
than the applicable minimum wage

-Maximize sales opportunities and traffic through calling new and older Internet Leads
-Adhere to scripts and talking points provided for each type of phone call initiated
-Making outbound calls with goal of transferring the call to our sales reps
-Record and manage prospective customer information through the CRM
-Maintain a thorough knowledge of all current marketing campaigns
-Tracking personal results including transfers and calls using CRM system
-Work closely with Business Development Manager to increase the results of the
department
